Accurately input data into a framework for collecting usage data information so that analysis and findings could be completed and forwarded to program managers.

- Successfully managed $550k across three major military Global Positioning System (GPS) vulnerability test programs. Coordinated test and evaluation activities between manufacturer, test facilities, and end users of GPS test items.
- Pre-test planning resulted in zero safety or security incidents while successfully leading test teams composed of military, civilian, and contractor personnel in the execution of test activities for new military GPS development and acquisition efforts.
- Duties included development of test plans, preparation of test reports, budgeting and scheduling test events, and other military duties as assigned. Developed two generic test plans–test plan timeline reduced 75%.
- Authored Joint Navigation Conference (JNC) white paper–shared employer test capabilities with navigation industry.
- Security Monitor: Assisted commander with security issues, prepared for inspections, assisted personnel with security clearance issues and processing visit requests. Reduced incidents of security violations by 50%.

- Served as technical specialist for developmental test and evaluation (DT&E) efforts. Provided technical expertise to program managers. Lead three DT&E engineers responsible for 14 projects totaling over $200 million.
- Developed electronic repair system support transition plan. Improved Air Force & Navy test program interoperability–cut $100K/year in support costs.
- Performed technical surveillance of preliminary development for a new database to track equipment failure rates, cost savings, and repair status of various Air Force assets. Reduced software maintenance costs $50k/year.
